Information for the Sunday Bulletin is due from Ministry Leaders No later than Wednesday of each week.
Information Outline Needed for the Bulletin:
· Your Name
· Telephone Number
· Email Address
· When event will begin and end
· State how long the event should run in the bulletin.
· Provide information on your event in as few words as possible

Sunday you want it to run. Or, answer these questions on a sheet of
paper and give it to one of your clerks by Wed.

Scheduling should be arranged through the Clerk’s office.

Process for Scheduling 1. Make request in writing to the Clerk’s office, or call #924-0855 2. Clerk will obtain approval from Pastor Richard Willoughby, or Servant Kathy Willoughby 3. Clerk will reply with approval or additional questions 4. Person requesting event will be notified of availability of space 5. Event will be placed on calendar, and in bulletin if approved

What May Be Scheduled? 1. Weddings 2. Funerals 3. Meetings and Events
What initial information does the clerk need? 1. Type of Appointment or Event. 2. Proposed date of appointment or event. 1. Sanctuary 2. Basement/Dining Room 3. Conference Room
